At Global Payments, I led the Business View project, designed to empower merchants with real-time reporting, analytics, and self-serve capabilities to enhance their financial operations. As the UX manager, I guided a dispersed team of designers, collaborated with external agencies, and balanced both management and hands-on design work. I established career ladders, initiated a UX Community of Practice, and integrated user-centered design into the software lifecycle. Early discovery interviews with stakeholders and customers helped define the project vision, which then evolved into iterative design, a component library, and a continuous testing and feedback loop.
